The construction project management certificate is designed to equip young managers/mid-career professionals who are ambitious and want to work in diverse domains of project management. The construction project management course is designed to include aspects of construction management with variety of examples from construction projects, mainly from housing, transportation and buildings, and other integrated urban facilities. The trainer of construction project management course will build on concepts using examples from multiple entities of public/private, mixed or nonprofit, catering for the needs of candidates with diverse aspirations of learning specifically with an organizational context. Management aspects of construction projects included in the course are construction contracts, cost, time and safety planning and scheduling. An overview of project monitoring and evaluation is also planned to be covered briefly.

Sadiqa Nasir has extensive experience of working with Project Management Unit (PMUs) of public and private sector organizations. Being a professional urban planner, she undertook various project activities; these were mainly real estate planning, commercial leasing and architectural projects. She has worked with international consulting agency Cushman and Wakefield.
