Dr. Sherin Gul is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the University of Management and Technology (UMT), Pakistan. Her areas of specialization include Decision Sciences, Organizational Psychology, Advance Research Methods, and Data analysis with SPSS, AMOS, Process Mac, R-studio and many more. With extensive experience in teaching and research, she has developed expertise in applying advanced quantitative techniques, particularly Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) using AMOS, to address complex psychological and organizational questions.
