 Dr. Saif UR Rehman is working as an Associate Professor at the School of Professional Advancement. University of Management and Technology, Lahore. He holds the position of Program Head of BPS.

Being an HEC Approved PhD Supervisor he has actively participated in trainings and seminars at higher education level. He holds a PhD in Management Sciences and Engineering from CUMT, Jiangsu P.R. China. His doctoral research at CUMT was about Big Data and its application in developing capabilities in the organizations.
Dr. Saif UR Rehman has twenty years’ experience as an engineer, project coordinator and business consultant, he has been managing projects and operations in the military, provincial government and
private sectors in Pakistan. He has been deeply involved in managing significant changes in operations with Business Process Re-engineering, steering various projects to success. His doctoral work, academic research and teaching & training interests are directly related to the challenges and opportunities in todays connected world.
