Kainaat Yousaf is a Lecturer at the Department of Applied Psychology, School of Professional Psychology, University of Management and Technology (UMT), Lahore. She is an MPhil gold medalist in Psychology from the University of the Punjab and a published researcher with 22 peer-reviewed articles in leading national and international journals.
Her expertise lies in quantitative research, experimental and quasi-experimental designs, and advanced statistical analysis. She has command over seven statistical software packages including SPSS, SmartPLS, AMOS, Jamovi, JASP, PROCESS Macro, and BlueSky Statistics. She has successfully trained undergraduate, MPhil, and PhD students in research methodology and data analysis through formal workshops and academic courses.
