She has worked as an ESL Instructor in the area of Phonetics & Phonology for Business Communication & Report Writing at Brock University Canada working in compliance with Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) and LINC curriculum guidelines at Welland Heritage Council, Canada. She is an active member of Society for Teaching & Learning in Higher Education Canada (STLHE) and is also a certified instructor for adult education by Ministry of Education, Canada. She worked as the founding Director at the Center for Teaching & Learning (CTL) at UMT.
