Ms. Hira Farhan an experienced Health Psychologist with a strong academic and research background, currently serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Applied Psychology at the University of Management and Technology (UMT), Lahore. I hold an MS in Health Psychology from Lahore College for Women University (LCWU). With over four years of experience in teaching and research across undergraduate and postgraduate levels. My academic contributions include seven peer-reviewed research publications in HEC-recognized national journals, and 15+ paper presentation in national and international conferences reflecting a commitment to advancing knowledge in the field. My core areas of interest span health psychology, counselling psychology, social psychology, educational psychology, and qualitative research. In addition to my academic role, I also serve as a consultant psychologist at the Happiness Centre asa well as at Sundar Industrial Estate where I provide support and guidance to individuals seeking psychological growth and emotional resilience.
