Introduction

This course aims, mainly at highlighting the conduct of an advocate post qualification as a lawyer. The course will explore the laws, codes, rules, regulations on the subject governing the working of a lawyer and provides practical knowledge of Professional Conduct/Ethics, particularly in Pakistan.

LEARNING OUTCOMES 

By the end of this certificate, you should be able to:
